Maintenance Contracts



As EMDAD was established with the vision to be a leading supplier of Printing Machines and Materials in Jordan and the region, and as we care for your work productivity, we introduce to you our three Modules of maintenance contracts that fits your need and your budget.

Module 1 : FSMA ( Full Service Maintenance Agreement )

In this module the customer will have full service and maintenance including spare parts and toner in accordance he will pay charge per click that will be calculated based on machine age with three categories:

A)
The customers who will sign the FSMA contract from the first day of installation will have the minimum click charge.
B)
The customers who has machine that is under warranty will have fair click charge that will be calculated based on the machine conditions.
C)
Customers who has machine that is not under warranty they have to refurbish the machine as a pre request for FSMA then fair click charge will be charged based on machine conditions.

Customer who will sign FSMA will get benefit of :

E-maintenance ( a value added service that CANON offer for the customers to monitor their machines via internet which provide faster and pro-active level of service and sufficient data to reduce service time and cost ).

DETAILED CORRECTIVE , PRVENTIVE MAINTENACE AND DETAILED INSPECTION.

SERVICE PRIORITY.

MACHINES FIRMWARE UPDATE.

NO WORRY ABOUT TONERS/Consumables AVAILABILITY.

Module 2 : Yearly Service Contract

In this option customer will have yearly service contract with scheduled annual fees , The contract will include only service tasks, customers who will sign the contract will get benefit of :

•

Regular and scheduled basis visit to inspect machine.

•

Corrective and preventive maintenance.

•

Machines Firmware upgrading.

•

Telephone assistance to answer all questions.

•

E-maintenance option.

Module 3 : Service on Call

In this option customers will have service tasks on call , The service fees will be charged per hour.
